Hi there!

We are so blessed! God has been so faithful to us on this journey! All 3 girls are doing pretty well. Nick is working hard, and I am loving being a mom....though exhausted at times! Our church here is so very exciting...God is really at work here and it is a thrill to be a part of it! So here is a brief update on the girls:

Mikayla- is now 7 and full of energy. She is presently in a class at school which isn't good for her. Her teachers "work ethic" (or lack of) is rubbing off on her. She hasn't really made any friends that I think are "keepers." So far they have shared stuff that has made her fearful to use one of the girl's restrooms and almost daily she asks if ghosts are real and such. She also has said 5 or 6 times now that her teacher doesn't care about her work or whether she was at school on time. ACH! As a teacher this has been killin' me! I really don't want her to waste this year! So with all of that we are pursuing switching schools! We checked out a Christian school nearby that we think would be better for her. We took her to the school to sit in on a class and she loved it and has asked daily since if she was going to start at that school soon. We are praying that the money side of it will work out and that God will make it perfectly clear that we are to be there and that we can make the move soon! Other than that she is involved in Awanas, and gymnastics and one of the highlights of her week is waking up at 5am on Sundays and going with Nick to set church up at the theater! She loves that time with him!

Isabella- Oh what can I say? She is such a character and I am in so much trouble with this one! She is a mini-Nick! Out of the 3, she is the one who looks most like him...his coloring and all....minus the goatee! (thank goodness!!!) She is also doing Awanas and gymnastics. And she comes with me to church at 8 or 9:30 (if we choose to sleep in!) She has had a blast getting to know her cousins better (they are in her class for Awanas!) She constantly makes us laugh. One thing she does, or used to before she grew out of it (bummer) is after she put on lip gloss or chap stick she wouldn't move her lips. She would stick them out and kept them still while trying to tell me that, "I can't talk I have lip gloss on." What a site! She also loves her little sister..AKA Living Doll! I don't think one baby could get more kisses!

So on to our #3:
Audrianna- what a sweet heart she is. When she smiles her whole face lights up. She is doing great! Just today she rolled all the way across our living room. She is also imitating me when I laugh. The specialists are thrilled with how she is doing, which makes this journey a bit easier! I think she has her first cold, but it isn't too bad...just a couple sneezes and sniffles. She is sure to be a HUGE blessing to all who meet her!

Well, I could go on and on bragging on my girls! They are pretty wonderful! So is my hubby! He is working so hard to make ends meet, doing various jobs on the side....catering/deck building, dog sitting, etc. I am so proud of him. And even with that he is doing incredible with the youth here and all the while spending all the time he can with his girls! Pretty amazing, that guy is!

My latest thing is making cakes. It has been fun to have a little job to do for extra money. I have learned so much and I am loving it! I'll have to post some of my favorites! Well, I hope you all are well!

Love you all!
