We hope you all had a very Merry Christmas! If you did your Rose Family Mad Lib...good job! Here is an extended verson (for those of you who wish to read it! Love you all and have a wonderful New Years!
Merry Christmas!
Quick updates:
Nick: Youth and Family Pastor at Highlands Church! Staying incredibly busy with all the different hats he wears! A highlight was singing at our church’s band’s concert. He was quite the hit! (I’ll have to get a video posted on YouTube soon!)
Joy: Still busy chasing after all these kids. Loving staying at home and grateful that I can be there for all of them (& Nick). I’ve been teaching gymnastics to 2-4 year olds for Mikayla’s gym (Bella gets to come with me!) I have also continued baking cakes and of course continue to take lots of pictures. I have made some great friends here and thankful for Facebook to help with those friends who live far!
Mikayla: Turned 8 years old this year and is in 3rd grade and loving it! Continues taking gymnastics (4 hours a week) & loving life! She has such a heart for God at her age! We have had a lot of fun doing MadLibs as a family these days!
Bella: She is now 4 years old, gets to stay at home with Audrianna and me. Has quite an ear for music and is constantly singing. She keeps us laughing! She is very excited to start Kindergarten next year and is working really hard to learn to read. (I love it!)
Audrianna: 20 months and is such an angel! Continues to blow everyone away with her progress. Everyday we see new things, but the one thing that stays the same is the joy she shows to all! God continues to bless us through her!
We have been so proud of our kids. Each one is so unique and so wonderful! This year has been full of busy schedules & many dinners without the whole family there, but God has been faithful and kept us close. The older girls have been amazing with Audrianna & love her dearly. It has been such a treat to watch their love grow!
Thinking about this year I am amazed at all that comes to mind. God has been with us through so much and continues to show His faithfulness. While it has been a difficult year for many I pray that each one of you find the One who promises to NEVER leave you or forsake you! I know this to be true! May God’s blessings blow you away this coming year!
And His name shall be the hope of all the world. ~ Matthew 12:21 (Living Bible)
